About our Client

Our client is the global over-the-top content platform and production leader who offering online streaming from a library of films and television series. 


We are looking for the CX centric Native & Non-Native Thai speakers with great language proficiency in both English & Thai to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

  • Manage customer’s queries via chat and email.

  • Become a product expert that helps customers for the best solution.

  • Delivery end to end customer service to clients.

  • Active on social media to understand the concerns from customers.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of computer & mobile device troubleshooting.

  • Email & Social media support Experience.

  • One to two years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process will be an advantage.

  • Willing to work on rotating shifts.

  • Education background: Diploma / Degree or above.
