About our Client
Our client is the global over-the-top content platform and production leader who offering online streaming from a library of films and television series.
We are looking for the CX centric Native & Non-Native Thai speakers with great language proficiency in both English & Thai to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the Role
Manage customer’s queries via chat and email.
Become a product expert that helps customers for the best solution.
Delivery end to end customer service to clients.
Active on social media to understand the concerns from customers.
Requirements
Basic understanding of computer & mobile device troubleshooting.
Email & Social media support Experience.
One to two years of experience in customer service with 1 year in a Tech support process will be an advantage.
Willing to work on rotating shifts.
Education background: Diploma / Degree or above.
