About our Client
Our client is one of the largest C2C & B2C e-commerce platform in the world, who is made up of virtual stores owned by individuals or companies. We are looking for the CX centric Native & Non-native Japanese speakers to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the Role
Associate to handle general enquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Ability to present and communicate effectively with customers.
Requirements
Proficiency in Japanese speaking and kanji typing skill.
Both native & non-native are welcomed.
Candidates with e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
3 weeks of paid training.
Able to work on rotating shifts (NO graveyard shift).
