About our Client

Our client is one of the largest C2C & B2C e-commerce platform in the world, who is made up of virtual stores owned by individuals or companies. We are looking for the CX centric Native & Non-native Japanese speakers to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

  • Associate to handle general enquiries of customers over phone calls and live chats.

  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.

  • Exemplary communication skills and customer-oriented approach.

  • Ability to present and communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Japanese speaking and kanji typing skill.

  • Both native & non-native are welcomed.

  • Candidates with e-commerce experience will be an advantage.

  • 3 weeks of paid training.

  • Able to work on rotating shifts (NO graveyard shift).
