About our Client
Our client is one of the largest C2C & B2C e-commerce platform in the world, who is made up of virtual stores owned by individuals or companies. We are looking for the CX centric Native & Non-native Japanese speakers to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the Role
Handling all inbound calls & chat pertaining to general enquiries, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the seller and buyer.
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
Required language(s): Mandarin & English (fluent spoken English will be an added advantage).
Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts ( where applicable).
