About our Client

We are looking for the CX centric native Japanese speakers to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
About the Role
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
Upsell & Cross selling skills in the hospitality business.
Exemplary customer oriented approach.
Ability to present and communicate effectively with customers.
Excellent knowledge of traveling software.
Requirements
Japanese Speaking, Customer Service Level 1 (native or near native quality business Japanese)
Working knowledge of English is required to complete training and document cases.
Candidates with personal travel experience will be an advantage.
