About our Client
Our client is a world leading technology company who provides everyday services like deliveries, mobility, financial services and so on. We are looking for the CX centric Cantonese & Mandarin speakers to join our team located in Johor, Malaysia.
About the Role
To handle inbound calls pertaining to customer enquiries, feedback and other issues that related to the company’s products and services.
To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer experience & accurate information.
Requirements
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.
Good communication skill in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.
Able to read & type in traditional Chinese characters.
Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with goodinterpersonal skills.
Working experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage.
