Our client is a world leading technology company who provides everyday services like deliveries, mobility, financial services and so on. We are looking for the CX centric Cantonese & Mandarin speakers to join our team located in Johor, Malaysia.

About the Role

  • To handle inbound calls pertaining to customer enquiries, feedback and other issues that related to the company’s products and services.

  • To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer experience & accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

  • Good communication skill in Mandarin, Cantonese & English.

  • Able to read & type in traditional Chinese characters.

  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with goodinterpersonal skills.

  • Working experience in Customer Service will be an added advantage.
