About our Client

Our client is one of the largest multinational technology company in the world, they offers services including designs, develops, manufactures, and sells personal computers, tablet computers,smartphones,workstations,servers, supercomputers, electronic storage devices, IT management software, and smart televisions etc. We are looking for the technical support executive to join our team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

About the Role

  • To handle inbound calls / emails pertaining to Desktop, Laptop and related products and services.

  • To exceed customers' expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with Diploma / Degree in IT field are welcomed to apply, training will be provided.

  • Minimum 2-3 years’ working experience in IT related industry will be an added advantage for this position.

  • Excellent language proficiency in English.

  • Great knowledge in PC hardware & software.

  • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills.

  • Operating days/hours: Monday – Friday /Rotational shifts between 7amto 8pm.

  • Willingness to work at office as and when it is required.
